The print management system is a secure way to manage your resources. It keeps the information confidential and secure, thereby making it more reliable. It even provides you the flexibility to release the print from your Smartphones, tablets or PC by accessing the web.
To ensure security, the IRYS Print Management server is housed in a Class A data center. The Data center has over 8 fiber optic backbones to ensure continuous data flow and a triple redundancy energy system to prevent loss of power, security checks for all employees with access to the server and the data is mirrored every day to prevent loss. The server is protected by an ISA software firewall that is completely locked down to only allow required communication through ports 21, 80, and 1443.
