How Should America’s Wilderness be Managed?
The National Forest Service loses hundreds of millions of dollars every year on timber sales in America’s wilderness. The government spends money in order to manage sales, survey land, and builds roads. Meanwhile, timber companies pay only a small percentage of what the lumber is worth.
