How should Forest be recognized for support of a medical education program?
It is the responsibility of the organization receiving funding from Forest to disclose to participants, attendees, or beneficiaries that Forest supported the program. Miscellaneous Can I request funding for an activity that has already occurred? No, Forest does not fund activities that occurred in the past. Requests for support must be submitted to Forest at least 60 days in advance of the program. Does previous support of my activity by Forest guarantee future support? No. Each grant is evaluated on its individual merit at that point in time. Funding is not guaranteed until you receive formal written confirmation from Forests Industry Support Office approving your request and all parties have signed a Letter of Agreement. A verbal commitment from any company employee does not guarantee funding. Will my Forest representative be able to assist me with the application process or keep me apprised of my application status?
