How should I prepare for the pHion Master Cleanse?
It is best to start The pHion Master Cleanse while already eating an alkaline diet. We suggest a week prior to cleansing you begin eating alkalizing foods. We do offer an acid/alkaline food chart with food suggestions if you are unfamiliar with these foods. This will allow the body to prepare for the detox. We suggest staying away from all acidic foods including sugar, soda, alcohol, coffee, fried, greasy foods, red meat, dairy, etc. This will help to decrease the impact of detox symptoms. Also, drinking lots of water (2-4 liters) a day can also help with preparing the body for the detox. It can be helpful to prepare yourself mentally by pre-planning. This can include setting a specific time in your calendar so you can visualize the time. For some it may be easier to have a clear schedule so you are not tempted to participate in events that may lead to eating foods that one should not be consuming during the cleansing period.
