How should I raise two kittens separated from mother at 3 weeks?

Firstly kittens should not be taken away from thier mum until they are at least 6 weeks old. Keep an eye on her and if she is still not eating by tomorrow evening you may have to take her aside and feed her by hand even if she only eats a little at least she is eating something otherwise you will need to take her to the vet to get her checked out maybe she is unwell. Hope she settles and starts eating soon.

Most kittens aren’t even beginning to be weaned at 3 weeks of age – some kittens in my rescue are only just showing an interest in cat meat at just over 4 weeks old. You need to contact your vet for advice, and get some kitten formula – NOT the kitten/cat milk you can buy a pet store. You may have to feed the male by dropper or kitten bottle for a couple of weeks and be prepared to get up during the night to feed both the kittens. Offer formula to the female kitten too, it really is much to soon for her to be on a diet of cat food only. Good luck! PS Kittens shouldn’t leave their mother until around 10 – 12 weeks old. This gives an indication of how immature your kittens are.
