uknow asked: I’ve been visiting the chiropractor 1-2 times a week just to keep my neck and back pain in check. I also like to work out including running, ab exercises, etc. I was planning on going to the gym before my adjustment and then just thought it might be better to do it the other way around because I know that the muscles in your neck have to heal after an adjustment.
