I think you have it backwards. It is not the case that the decline of manorialism leading to the decline of capitalism, or even to the rise of capitalism, but vice versa. It is the increase in capitalism that led to the decline to manorialism, as the relative power of the agricultural economy declined with the rise of crafts, increasing trade, and then industry.
