The water insulation standards in all of our buildings are as follows: a. Foundation-wall insulation: Tar paper insulation material is used between the foundation concrete and the brick walls. b. Ground floor balcony-wall junction insulation: To insulate water which may collect on the ground floor balconies, 3mm thick, 50 cm long carpet type insulation material is used all along the wall-balcony junctions (15 cm on the wall and 35 cm below the marble). c. First floor balcony and balcony-wall junction insulation: To insulate water which may collect on the first floor balconies, 3mm thick carpet type insulation material is used all along the wall-balcony junctions and everywhere below the marble. d. Roof insulation: After finishing the concrete work carpet type insulation material is used all along roof before placing the tiles.
