Well to become a body builder, it's not really a process but instead a lifestyle. 1. Obviously, work out A LOT but not so much that you tear more muscle tissue than you can heal. About 4-5 days of weightlifting will be fine. 2. Eat only certain foods. They can't eat much sugar or sodium. Lots of protein, lots of carbs but sometimes the foods that provide these are not that healthy and can make you gain weight so often times, body builders make their own shakes or recipes. Check out Rico Connor on Youtube, he's not a body builder but a fitness expert (six pack abs at age 54!) He'll be able to help you learn how to build muscle fast. But to truly be a body builder is different from being fit, you'll have to find other people on Youtube, read books, or ask around. ... more

I don't know much about body building, but the 3 exercises you should concentrate on are known as "The Big 3." These are: The Squat, The Bench Press, and the Dead Lift. Just google any of those. Also, buy the book "Starting Strength"by Mark Rippetoe. It's a great book, not just for bodybuilders but even for people like me who do workouts with lighter weights, because it tells you in detail how to do each exercise the correct way. ... more
