Bleeding hydraulic brakes on ANY make motorcycle is remarkably similar: it requires two persons to do it effectively. 1. Change the pads on both wheels before you start, and if necessary, change or turn the rotors. Make sure that ALL the lines from the master cylinders (on the handlebar and behind the right foot pedal) are tight, the master cylinders are full, and you have one person on the foot/hand control and one with a wrench. 2. Push the pedal/brake lever in as far as you can, open the bleeder valve (at the wheel cylinder) and let the old fluid push out the bubbles trapped in the lines. Continue until you see clear fluid come out, and NO bubbles in the fluid. Refill the master cylinders as needed (sometimes three-four times per bleeding). DO NOT re-use the old fluid: dispose at the hazardous liquids center at your local landfill, in the barrel marked "other than oil/diesel."
