How to cancel or change login details of the Supplementary account?
Please call the Customer Engagement Officer or 3567 7777 for cancellation or change of login details of the supplementary account. Please also note that the supplementary account will activate upon the registration of the supplementary account for a period of 3 months and will only be valid within the contract period of the residential internet broadband service provided by HKBN. The valid date will not be extended after cancellation of supplementary account. Example 1: If the contract period of the residential internet broadband service is from 1st Jan 2011 to 31st Dec 2012, and the Supplementary account is registered on 10th Mar 2011, then the account will be valid until 9th Jun 2011. Example 2: If the contract period of the residential internet broadband service is from 1st Jan 2011 to 31st Dec 2012, and the Supplementary account is registered on 10th Oct 2012, then the account will be valid until 31st Dec 2012.
