How to caulk a window?
Caulk, the substance used to seal a window, tub, shower, comes in tubes. A type sold in small quantity is in a squeeze tube, similar to that which cake icing sometimes is sold in. The tube used in a “caulking gun” takes a couple simple steps. Carefully cut a diagonal off the end of the plastic delivery tube at the end of the caulk tube. Poke a hole using the device attached to the caulk gun, or a piece of a wire coat hanger. Place the tube in the gun channel, Squeeze the trigger on the gun, gently until you have caulk extruding.
