Turn on the thermometer and hold down the O/mem button. While you’re pressing it, press and release the activation button to switch over to the” change temperature” scale mode. When you press it, the “C” should come up on the LCD. When you continue pressing the button, it will go back and forth between F and C. Release the memo button to the ready symbol. The temperature stored in memory will automatically be converted.
