I don’t know what to do about scratches, Though I can play my games with scratches as long as the disk is clean. I just use a CD cleaner and for the cleaning solution I use rubbing alcohol.

you could always try some toothpaste, wipe it on the surface of the disk and wipe it clean, that works for me sometimes, if the info on the disk is not damaged, if it is all you can do is replace it
