How to clean a sheepskin rug?
A. Place your rug in a bath tub, with cold (tepid) water, use sheepskin shampoo and clean it like a wool sweater. Then brush it in order to keep the pile straight (or it will possibly go back to a natural curly state). Then remove as much moisture as you can with a towel, and let it dry with the pile down (for better air circulation on the skin) with no Heat source.
