The best way is too start small and work your way up. Use common sense to figure out which one you should go to next. When you feel like you just honestly can't go on anything bigger (e.g. Kingda Ka), quit for a bit. Then see if you want to work your way up more later. Or, you could just head straight to Kingda Ka and force yourself, or have someone force you on it. That would definately get you over your fear. For example, my mom never rode anything and was absolutely terrified until I forced her on the Beast at Kings Island (World's longest wooden roller coaster) and now she rides most, if not all, coasters. You have a better chance of dying on your sofa than on a ride. You have a better of dying in the parking lot than on a ride. The park spends hours of work testing the rides in the morning and making sure every single part is completely safe. I hope this helps you with your fear! Have a great time and don't get scared!
