How to Cook Catfish Filets?
The easiest way to cook catfish fillets is to get the following: Catfish, flour, bread crumbs, 2 eggs, milk and seasonings of your choice. First rinse your fish. Then in a medium bowl place the eggs and a bit of milk and stir well. Then in another medium bowl place your flour, bread crumbs and seasonings and mix well. Now place cooking oil in a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Then place a fillet in the egg mixture and then in the flour mixture and then place in the skillet and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side maybe longer or shorter depending on the thickness of the fillets. Serve.
