You can create a new user waypoint via the MapAdvisor menu option Action->NewWaypoint. You will be asked to enter waypoint type (user-defined waypoint, geocache, geocache found). Enter name, description, details, and user waypoint PDB name. Geo coordinates will be set to the point you tap on the map to place the new waypoint. You can manually adjust geo coordinates if you like.
