Had the same problem yesterday. Removed the lower rear panel where the waste pipe exits the machine and there is a large black rubber pipe from the bottom of the drum to the waste pump. Remove this pipe and inside you’ll find a course plastic filter. Mine was blocked solid with a hair clip and 31p. P.
