• Migration Certificate Application Form is available at S.K.U. Press, Sri Krishnadevaraya University. • Application can be Downloaded from www.Sri Krishnadevaraya.ac.in or www.ouresults.com. Enclosures: • All Memorandum of Marks OR Provisional Certificate OR Consolidated Memorandum of Marks. • Copy of the Transfer Certificate. • D.D. in favour of ‘Controller of Examinations, SKU, Anantapur. • D.D. from any Nationalized Bank’s only. • D.D. valid upto one month from the date of its issue. Fee Details : • Rs. 100/- Note: • These instructions are applicable for all courses (except UG, Autonomous and External Courses) • Migration Certificate will be issued after 10 working days. • Counter receipt valid upto 90 days only.
