How to get out of a preformatted, a table, or a division?

formatted element, hitting the Enter key creates a new line in the. To create another element, say a paragraph, before or after the: • Select theelement with the ESC or F2 key or by clicking the pre in the status bar displayed at the bottom of the window. • Insert an empty element before or after with Insert and Append entries of the contextual menu.
