It’s pretty easy. Just get in a circle with all your friends make sure you are on the outside by some guys that look like they might grind you. After you get a guy behind you he will grab your hips. Move them in a circle moshion and pop your chest out. If the guy is confortible he may move his hands to your chest and feel you up a little. ( Always wear really short shorts and a tang top) Im only in 6th grade but I grind 10-20 guys at every dance so I know what Im talking about.GOOD LUCK!
