Someone may make a sincere effort to inculcate positive qualities in children at school. However, teaching morality without being dogmatic or pedantic is very difficult, unless a suitable method, an effective technique is available, to teach mastery over the mind. Also, being pedantic is likely to be counterproductive, even dangerous.
