How to import/export data in Quickbooks?
To transfer from one laptop to another, put a copy of the file on a flashdrive or floppy, and insert the flashdrive in the other laptop. Then, just copy or cut, and paste to the new laptop. If the file isn’t too large, and you have both laptops set up for e-mail, you can also e-mail the file to yourself and download on the other laptop.
