HOw to improve my Jump shot and accuracy?
UPPER BODY STRENGTH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. YOU JUST PROBABLY DONT PRACTICE ENOUGH. WHEN YOU JUMP THE SEC YOU HAVE REACHED YOUR MAXIMUM HEIGHT THATS WHEN YOU REALEASE THE BALL PUSHING THE BALL WITH YOUR FINGER TIPS. MAKE SURE TO HAVE A SMOOTH MOTION WITH UR WRIST,AND DONT PUSH TO HARD OR YOUR SHOT WILL BE OFF EVERY TIME ,MY 13 YR OLD BRO HITS THREES LIKE RAIN AND HE WEAK AS HELL .
