How to link four miniature golf courses by considering more factors?

I concern about "Landmark" to be the important element of landscape among three miniature golf courses. Landmarks can be any kind of form and have many different levels. I would like to create the first level of landmark to be a kind of water watchtower. In between these water watchtowers, there are the second levels of landmarks, which are formed by poles or sculptures. In order to situating those landmarks, I use GIS as the analysis system to search where are the best spots to locate them. I concern six factors in West Philadelphia, which are transportation, flooding, elevation, vacant lots, crime, and points of attraction, and try to combine them to get the final suitable map that indicates the best situation for landmarks.  more
