Yesterday I realised that my wedding is in 4 months and I need to get fit and toned. I wish to loose a few kgs and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Can you people help me with some tips

Everything is simple, besides, you have motivation. When I excluded sugar, gluten, and alcohol, I lost 5 kg in a month. It really works, especially if you burn more calories than consume.
