How to make a default layout stylesheet 4 myspace-without having so much CSS codes?

I want to make my own default layout-that has 2 tables-a background-no white area-the background fills the whole layout-not to much css codes cause i am not too good with them-if anyone can make a stylesheet for me or give me the guide lines please answer the question-if you know anyone else that can help me please tell me.
