Ingredients peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced granulated sugar fresh lemon juice crumbled amaretti cookies Amaretto egg yolks vanilla extract well chilled heavy cream Method: In a bowl throw peaches with 1/4 cup sugar and lemon fruit juice and let mixture place 30 minutes. Drain combination and purée peaches in a foodstuff processor.
