How to Make Homemade Chicken Broth?
Homemade chicken broth is made from boiling chicken. Fill a large pot with water and place a few chicken breast in it. Chop up some carrots, celery, and onions. Then, season the water with salt and pepper. Once the chicken has cooked thoroughly, remove it from the water and there you have your chicken broth. If you wish, strain the liquid from the vegetables, put it in a container, and store it in your fridge for later use.
