To make peanut brittle we will need 1 cup raw shelled peanuts, 3/4 cup castor sugar, 1 tsp butter, 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup corn syrup and 1/4tsp salt. Mix the sugar, corn syrup, peanuts in the water and bring it to boil. Keep stirring for a while till you feel it getting sticky. Add butter and salt and mix together, then lay it flat on a baking tray to cool and enjoy!
