Tab top curtains are easy to sew and very simple to make. Just measure your material and hem all the way around except the top of the main panel. Cut your tabs out and hem them on the two long sides. Then fold the tabs and pin the unsew edges to the top of your panel with the good sides together. Fold over on a 1/2 inch edge and sew.
