How to make sugar-free, low-fat homemade salad dressing recipes?

Equal parts Sesame Oil and Lemon Juice. Combine with 1-2 tsp soy sauce. Add some coriander if you like. Combine and pour over your salad.

My personal favorite remains the green curd/yogurt salad dressing :

Recipe:

  1. Take some green chilies + some coriander + few small cuts of garlic + pinch of salt + lemon juice
  2. Blend them well to a runny paste
  3. You can continue to use this paste alone or mix with some curd/greek low-fat yogurt and then pour over your salad. It yummy and refreshing!

The best salad dressing I prefer for a daily meal is:

  1. Half lemon
  2. 2 Spoons of extra virgin Olive Oil
  3. 1 Garlic Clove
  4. pinch of Salt
  5. pinch of black pepper
  6.  little bit parsley leaves

Take all above ingredients in small bowl and whisk it and serve.
