No other fruit is a match for my appetite when it comes to MANGO. Wash the king fruit, peel the skin off either with a knife or potato peeler. If the skin is thick the peeler will not work well then the knife is better. In India we get some mangoes where we eat the skin of the mangoes like we eat the skin of the apple.
