Please open “Tools-Preference”, in the “DVD (Global)” card, you will find the option for “Volume”. The default value is 3. You can enter a smaller or larger number for it. If you can not be sure what a proper number is, our software can help you detect it. Please click the “Normalize” button on its right. Our software will then begin to test the volume value of your DVD. The longer you wait the more accurate number you will get. During the detecting process, you can get the number that our software gets saved automatically by clicking “Save and Close”.
