How to remove front panel / cover for Maytag Neptune Drying Center MCE8000AYW ???
I have a Maytag Neptune Drying Center MCE8000AYW. How do I open and remove the FRONT PANEL ASSEMBLY (part # 31001706), part of the of the FRONT PANEL & LOWER DOORS …??? I was trying to remove lint that had accumulated at the bottom of the dryer (the lint screen did not catch it all and some got past the lint-screen) — so I removed the front bottom door of the tumble-dryer. But when I loosed the screw that attaches the door-hinge to the frame of the dryer, the nut fell down the inside if the dryer.
