A.: All the electrical cords and switch for GaoSun Electric Fragrance Oil Lamp are exclusive to the manufacture and approved by Australia government. If the external flexible electrical cable or cord of the luminaries is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacture or the service agent or similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
