Please complete a baggage claim form with as much detailed information as possible and send it to IHI / Bupa together with all relevant original documentation such as receipts of items, lost baggage report/police report and flight tickets/travel proof documents. For delayed baggage please attach a carrier report stating baggage was delayed by more than 5 hours together with original receipts of items purchased prior to receiving the baggage.
