How to Stabilize Whipped Cream?
There are a couple of ways to attempt to stabilize whipped cream although there is no guarantee how long the whipped cream will last before it collapses. One thing to do is to make sure you beat the whipped cream until the peaks are very stiff. Another thing you can try is to add a little powdered nonfat dry milk to it before you start whipping. For each cup of cream add about 2 tsp of powdered milk.
