How to stop yourself from cutting yourself?
Get some self-esteem and stop calling yourself fat. When you want to cut, jump up and do some jumping jacks until you drop. Just distract yourself, but do it in a positive way that will improve your self-esteem. If you substitute exercising for cutting each time you feel the urge, you’ll lose weight and your self-esteem will improve and the urge to cut will be less. And go talk to a counselor.
