How to use a deep fryer to fry frozen chicken?

DO NOT DEEP FRY FROZEN CHICKEN EVER!!!!! Why 1 The hot oil will react with the water in the frozen chicken and could spatter everywhere which is messy and could start a fire 2. The chicken even then wont cook properly which means you could run the risk of Salmonella poisoning. Believe me that is NOT a pleasure you want to partake of. 3 When ever you are using a deep frier you need to make sure that you have a fire blanket in the kitchen and a small chemical based fire extinguisher handy In fact they are 2 items which should be standard in any home kitchen I have them in my kitchen. The extinguisher is on holder attached to the inside of my pantry door and the blanket is folded up on the top shelf.
