How visually dominant will the building be?
On 02/27/2006, Commissioners requested .a view shed trajectory for Main and High Street frontages. We produced a series of photo-composites made to scale. They incorporate a rendering of the proposed building in a photo of Main Street. (View here) So far, everyone who has seen these photos has expressed satisfaction upon seeing that the mass of the proposed building fits with existing structures and (partially because of upper floor setbacks) does not overwhelm them. We expect to show these renderings to the Board Of Trustees in a PowerPoint presentation.
