How was Mary Tudor related to Mary Queen Of Scots?
Elizabeth of York, wife of Henry VII of England, had Henry VIII and Margaret Tudor-among her other children. Henry VIII went on to marry six wives-only having three children-his children were Mary Tudor, Elizabeth Tudor, and Edward Tudor. His sister Margaret married King James IV of Scotland. Margaret and James had James V who married Marie of Guise and had Mary who assended to the throne of Scotland when she was six days old. I believe that makes them first cousins.
