How well do LGBT reps from different political parties get on outside of politics?
I get on very well with LGBT reps from other political parties and don’t have any problem socialising and co-operating with them at all. At Manchester Pride this year, LGBTory and LGBT Labour in particular had a good banter and enjoyed the weekend together in many ways. Yes, we might differ in our outlook on Politics, but our primary focus is that of supporting and working with and for the LGBT community through our respective political Parties and I think this is one of the more important functions of our group.
