All providers were notified of these changes in a memo dated May 12, 2010. All families were notified of the changes in a letter dated May 10, 2010. As long as we have an updated address for them, they should have received it. These letters were not sent certified, however, so we can’t prove that someone received a letter. When a case manager is notified of an IBA change, they are also responsible for notifying families.
