How were the locations for flu shots determined?
In order for a location to be eligible for on-site flu shots, we required at least 100 eligible employees. Smaller locations in the same geographic area were grouped together to meet this minimum in the hope that more employees could be reached. Several locations were excluded from the flu shot program due to site access or security issues with bringing a Maxim nurse on-site.
