Implementing this program will require significant discussion, preparation, and training for impacted parties on the uniform dataset and updated appraisal vendor software. FHFA, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae are committed to working with appraisal industry trade groups to identify and address communication and training needs for appraisers as we implement the uniform appraisal dataset.
