How will Bank of America provide funding for my agency’s transactions?

Once a transaction has been submitted to our host for authorization, the data is either captured on the host or in your terminal. As you continue to process transactions, a batch is created. In order to receive payment for these transactions, you will then need to balance and settle your terminal. This process will only take a few minutes, and is typically completed at the end of your business day. Settlement includes the transmission of all transactions to the Bank of America host. Agencies who settle their terminal prior to 12:00 midnight EST will receive next business day credit to their deposit account at Treasury. Daily deposits are recorded into Treasury’s CA$HLINK Agency Access System*, and a SF215 Deposit Ticket will be mailed to your agency location, to confirm the deposit.
