Because it should be people's own decision on what they choose to eat. If someone doesn't like fast food places, then they don't have to go there. No one is holding a gun to their head and making them eat at those places. But the rest of us who do like fast food shouldn't have to stop eating it just because someone else doesn't like it. What I want to put in my body has no affect on anyone else. Just thought I'd give my $0.02.

Why would you even consider a "fast food" restaurant" affecting human rights. Its not concerning your rights at all. You want to eat that kind of food, go home and fix it. For crying out loud, it's a place to eat, not a right.
