How will Boonlink wire the Subscriber Module to my computer?
After mounting the Subscriber Module properly, a professional field technician will run a CAT-5 cable along the outside of your home/office, taking care to run the wire as inconspicuously as possible. The technician will then bring the wire into your home by drilling a small hole or following an existing wire. Once inside, the cable will be run to your computer. (Most new computers come with an Ethernet jack, if not, you may need to purchase and install a Network Card before you can access the Internet). If any extensions need to be made, you may want to hire a wiring contractor or purchase a wireless router.
